Where we provide services such as cricket bat knocking, cricket bat repair, or badminton racket gutting, these services are provided on a best-efforts basis by our in-house craftsmen. While we take reasonable care with all items entrusted to us, we are not liable for pre-existing defects, natural wear, or damage arising from the inherent fragility of the item (for example, willow cracking during knocking-in). Turnaround times quoted for these services are estimates only.
