Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds on purchased items. Please review product details carefully and reach out to us before ordering if you need help choosing — we're happy to guide you at +91 94603 31919.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The exchange is for a size issue or a verified manufacturing defect.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at +91 94603 31919 or poddar@19sport.in with your order number and photos of the product.
2. Our team will verify and confirm your exchange eligibility.
3. Ship the product back to us or drop it at our store — 19 Sport, Circular Road, Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll dispatch your replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Used or knocked-in cricket bats, personalised/customised items, innerwear, and products damaged by misuse are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged on Arrival

If a product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
