How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product
Our team verifies and confirms your exchange eligibility
Ship the product back to us, or drop it at our Bharatpur store
Once received and inspected, we dispatch your replacement
Not eligible for exchange: Used or knocked-in cricket bats, personalised/customised items, innerwear, and products damaged by misuse.
📦 Damaged on Arrival
If a product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
