Returns and Refunds Policy - 19 Sport

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 19 Sport.

 

Returns: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom-strung rackets, bat knocking, and other personalized or repaired items are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect) are the responsibility of the customer.
